Welcome to Pulse Media and Advertising WLL (“Pulse”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a premier social media marketing and advertising agency based in Bahrain, serving the GCC region and beyond. Our website, www.feelthepulse.me (the “Site”), and our mobile application (the “App”), collectively referred to as the “Pulse Platform”, are designed to offer a range of social media marketing and advertising services (the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Pulse Platform, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Pulse Platform.
2. Eligibility
The Pulse Platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above. By using the Pulse Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Prizes and Giveaways
Pulse Media and Advertising WLL (“Pulse”) regularly conducts contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways (collectively, “Promotions”) exclusively for participants who are current residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Participation in these Promotions and eligibility for prizes are subject to the terms outlined below:
- Eligibility: Participation is open only to current residents of the GCC countries. Specific Promotions may have additional eligibility criteria, which will be outlined in the respective Promotion rules.
- Prizes: Prizes for our Promotions may include, but are not limited to, gift cards, airline tickets, and hotel stays. Some prizes may be restricted for use in specific countries or regions. No cash or other substitution will be offered for prizes that are not usable in your country or region. Prizes are non-transferable but may be assigned to a nominee of the winner’s choosing should the original winner be unable to claim or use the prize.
- Selection and Notification of Winners: Winners will be selected using methods specified for each Promotion. Winners will be notified within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of the Promotion and must respond within one (1) week to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe results in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.
- Prize Claim Requirements: Winners are required to provide two (2) forms of identification, sign an acknowledgment receipt for the prize, and submit a photograph receiving the prize for promotional use. Winners who prefer not to be featured in promotional materials may nominate an individual to collect and be photographed with the prize on their behalf. Submission of a photograph and approval for its use on social media is a condition for claiming the prize.
- Publicity: Participation in Promotions constitutes the entrant’s consent for Pulse to use the winner’s name, likeness, prize information, and city and country of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration, unless prohibited by law. Winners will be required to sign a media release form as part of the prize collection agreement.
- General Conditions: Pulse reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in Pulse’s sole determination, tampers with the entry process, violates these Terms, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Decisions of Pulse are final and binding in all respects.
By entering a Promotion, participants release and hold harmless Pulse and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
