Welcome to Pulse Media and Advertising WLL (“Pulse”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.feelthepulse.me, our mobile application, and all services, products, content, and features offered through them (collectively, the “Pulse Platform”).
By accessing or using the Pulse Platform, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Pulse Platform immediately.

Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Pulse offers a range of social media marketing, advertising, brand activation, digital content creation, and related services across Bahrain and the GCC region. Services may be updated, expanded, or discontinued at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided on the Pulse Platform—including text, graphics, images, branding, logos, videos, software, and layouts—is:
The exclusive property of Pulse Media and Advertising WLL, or
Used under valid license agreements
Users may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content
Use Pulse trademarks without written permission
Exploit platform content for commercial purposes without authorization
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Pulse Platform to:
Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
Violate any applicable laws in Bahrain or the GCC region
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
Upload viruses, malware, or malicious scripts
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
Pulse reserves the right to remove any content or restrict access without prior notice.
7. Third-Party Links and Integrations
The Pulse Platform may include links to websites, tools, or services operated by third parties. Pulse:
Does not control these external platforms
Is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices
Users access third-party sites at their own risk.
8. Promotions, Contests & Giveaways
Participation in Pulse contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways is governed by our Prizes & Giveaway Terms, which form an integral part of these Terms.
Users must comply with all eligibility requirements and acknowledgment procedures to claim prizes.
9. Payment & Billing (If Applicable)
For paid services:
Fees will be disclosed prior to engagement
Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
10. Termination of Access
Pulse may suspend or terminate your access to the Pulse Platform for reasons including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or harmful activity
Legal or regulatory requirements
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
